Pan fried calves liver set on a bed of baby spinach mash topped with red onion gravy.

A medium bodied fruity red with a slightly spiced finish, Perfect to accompany food.

 

2 Katherine Hills, Shiraz Cabernet – Australia

A medium to light spicy red with berry flavours complexed by a touch of mint to complement this wine.

 

3 Montepulciano d’Abruzzo – Italy  

rich and full bodied, deep coloured but well balanced red with tannic finish. This is an excellent wine with rich red meats.

 

4 Merlot – France

A silky and generous wine with powerful notes of blackberries and forest strawberries.

 

5 Pinot Noir – California

Fragrant, medium, delicate.  Subtle lemon and peach aromas, with a long soft medium finish.

 

Whites

6 Torreon De Paredes, Sauvignon Blanc – Chile

Lush ripe expressive.  A medium to dry but formed with firm fresh flavours and a hint of Chilean Oak.

 

7 Marques de Canceres, Santinela – Spain

Delicate and fruity being of a medium to sweet This is a very easy going wine and very light on the palate.

8 Semillon - Australia 

 A fresh limey medium white.  With its citrus flavours shining through, this makes semillon a soft warm easy wine.

A daring and refreshing medium wine with powerful aromas of melon, lychee, and peach.

 

10 Chardonnay – France

A delicate wine with subtle aromas of pears, figs and honey.
